Overview
Take full advantage of the e-Medsys community as users from all over the country
gather for education, development, collaboration. Come to learn how other practices
are profiting from the e-Medsys product suite while sharing ideas of your own. Extend
your staff's knowledge and use of your current system and stay up-to-date on the
constantly evolving industry standards and regulations.

Cost per user is $195 with group discounts available. Online Registration opens
January 27, 2012.
Lodging:
Lodging will be available at a group discount rate at the Hilton Dallas/Southlake
Town Square. All of the User Group events will take place on the Hilton premises.

By Air:
The Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is serviced by two major airports. The Hilton at
Southlake Town Square is located 6 miles away from the Dallas/Fort Worth International
Airport and 20 miles from the Dallas Love Field Airport.
Driving Directions:
Follow 114 West toward Bridgeport/Grapevine. Exit Carroll Avenue- stay on Feeder
Road to first traffic light. Go left over 114 to traffic light and left on Feeder
Road 114 East. Approx. one-half mile take 1st right into Town Square. The hotel

Meals:
A continental breakfast and coffee, along with lunch will be provided both days of the conference. Wednesday evening TriMed will be hosting a reception with hors d'oeuvres and refreshments. There are numerous restaurants and food options within walking distance of the hotel.
