Patient Information

Patients can easily view their personal details—including name, address, phone number, and date of birth—directly within the Patient Portal. In family accounts, guarantor information is also accessible. Additionally, primary and secondary contact information is readily available for review.

Patient Edits

Portal and Check-In Module users can be granted permission to update patient, guarantor, and insurance details. These edits can either be applied immediately or sent to your practice for verification before updating the system.

Patient Insurance

Patients can enter new insurance information through the Portal. The system validates entries in real time, checking for completeness and accuracy, such as valid policy numbers. Once submitted, your staff will be notified to review and approve the changes. Patients can also upload or photograph their insurance cards via mobile devices, making documentation easy to update and maintain.
